关于完成从美国纳斯达克退市美国存托凭证的通知全球 市场
2019年6月14日，辣椒食品服务有限公司（以下简称“公司”）宣布退市 公司的美国存托凭证（“ADR”）来自美国纳斯达克全球市场（“纳斯达克”），并将向美国证券交易委员会（“SEC”）提交撤销注册申请。
2019年6月28日（美国东部时间），公司进一步宣布已向纳斯达克通知其自愿意图 退出公司的ADR，将通知存托银行终止存款协议，并宣布即将退市的预期时间表。公司特此公告，于2019年7月8日，本公司 向美国证券交易委员会提交了一份表格25，要求从纳斯达克退市，并向美国证券交易委员会注销，退市于2019年7月18日（美国东部时间）生效。
