This Amendment No. 1 to the Annual Report on Form 20-F (the “Form 20-F/A”) of Pepper Food Service Co., Ltd. for the year ended December 31, 2018 (the “Form 20-F”), which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2019, is being filed solely for the purpose of adding Exhibit 101 to Item 19 “Exhibits” and to furnish the Interactive Data File (as defined in Rule 11 of Regulation S-T)as Exhibit 101 in accordance with Rule 405 of Regulation ST。图表101，其中包含可扩展商业报告语言（XBRL）中的交互式数据文件，之前根据规则405下的初始交互式数据提交的20-F 30天宽限期从表格中省略。 （a）（2）（ii）条例S-T.
