POLARIS INC.，a Delaware corporate（“公司”）and each of the underlying signated directors of the company，hereby forms and appoints its true and legal attorney and agent，for it/he and on its behalf and in its name，place and instead，以任何及所有身份签署、执行、盖章及根据经修订的1934年证券交易法，于截至2025年12月31日止年度的10-K表格年度报告，连同任何修订或修订，以及所有证物及任何及所有文件均须向任何监管当局提交。
特此授予上述律师，并授予他们每一位充分的权力和授权，以充分履行其/她或自己/本人在亲自出席的情况下可能或可能做的关于上述事项的每一项必要和必要的行为和事情，特此批准和确认上述事实上的律师和代理人或他们中的任何人可能凭借本协议合法地做或促使做的所有事情。
