* On October 13, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 27, 2019, among Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (the “Company”), TV Bidco B.V. (“Parent”) and TV Bermuda Ltd. (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”), with the Company surviving the Merger as a subsidiary of Parent.
