He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology indtry. In April 2021, Mr. Devanur founded reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE), an artificial intelligence pored real estate technology company, and was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since then, beginning on June 2025, Mr. Devanur transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Logozzo held vario roles at the Company, including the roles of Chief Operating Officer and President from February 2024 until June 2025 and Chief Financial Officer from April 2021 until February 2024.
