Marianne N. McKinney,has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CFBank since October 2022. - Marianne N. McKinney,has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CFBank since October 2022. She previously served as Senior Operations Officer of CFBank from September 2020 to October 2022. Prior to her appointment as Senior Operations Officer, Ms. McKinney served as the Compliance, BSA and CRA Officer at CFBank since joining the company in November 2013. While in the role of Compliance, BSA and CRA Officer at CFBank, Ms. McKinney was promoted to a Senior Vice President. During her tenure, her role has expanded with responsibilities across multiple operational areas. Ms. McKinney has over 25 years banking experience which includes retail management, retail segment risk and operations. Prior to joining CFBank, Ms. McKinney worked in two larger regional banking institutions with various roles which included VP, General Manager and VP, Retail Segment Risk Manager. Mr. O'Dell previously spent 22 years at Fifth Third Bank, and was a senior executive with Fifth Third's Central Ohio operations for 12 of those years, concluding his tenure serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. At Fifth Third's Central Ohio Affiliate, Mr. O'Dell also served as Executive Vice President and senior lender and managed its commercial banking and residential and, commercial real estate divisions. Previously he managed the Asset Based Lending Division for Fifth Third Bank engaged in financing growth companies and acquisition financing.
