- Jinwu Huang has been chief financial officer since March 2022 and is responsible for supervising finance team, reviewing and approving financial and accounting transactions, and financial regulation compliance. Since January 2014, Mr. Huang has served as a financial manager of Greater Khingan Range Forasen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Manzhouli Zhongxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., both of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
