Wenbin Jiang,has served as Cytek Biosciences, Inc. Chief Executive Officer and a member of Cytek Biosciences, Inc. Board since December 2014 and serves as chair of Cytek Biosciences, Inc. Board. Dr. Jiang is also a co-founder of the Company. In 1998, Dr. Jiang co-founded E2O Communications, Inc., a fiber optic subsystems manufacturing company, which was acquired by JDS Uniphase Corporation in 2004. Dr. Jiang is an inventor of more than 100 U.S. patents and an author of five book chapters and over 50 peer-reviewed technical papers. Between 2017 and 2018, Mr. Holder served as CEO and Portfolio Manager of Carolina Longevity Institute, a global investment company focused on medtech, biotech and pharma investments in the healthspan and human longevity sectors. From 2005 to 2017, Mr. Holder was CEO, CFO, and Chairman of the Board of Organ Transport Systems, Inc. a medical device company in the organ transplantation industry. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Holder was VP Sales, Operations and Finance; Chief Financial Officer of Premier Sourcing Partners, the information and medical technology subsidiary of Premier Inc. Glenn P. Muir,has served as a director of Repligen since October 2015. Mr. Muir has over 30 years of experience to the director role, including 26 years with Hologic, Inc. ("Hologic"), a large multi-national medical device and diagnostics company where he most recently served as CFO and Executive Vice President. Mr. Muir retired in May 2014 from Hologic, where he helped steer the company's evolution from a venture-backed single product company to a publicly-traded diversified organization with over 5,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. He joined Hologic in 1988 and served as CFO since 1992 and Executive Vice President since 2000. Prior to Hologic, Mr. Muir was with Metallon Engineered Materials Co., a private company where, from 1986 to 1988 he held the role of Vice President, Finance. - Glenn P. Muir,has served as a director of Repligen since October 2015. Mr. Muir has over 30 years of experience to the director role, including 26 years with Hologic, Inc. ("Hologic"), a large multi-national medical device and diagnostics company where he most recently served as CFO and Executive Vice President. Mr. Muir retired in May 2014 from Hologic, where he helped steer the company's evolution from a venture-backed single product company to a publicly-traded diversified organization with over 5,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. He joined Hologic in 1988 and served as CFO since 1992 and Executive Vice President since 2000. Prior to Hologic, Mr. Muir was with Metallon Engineered Materials Co., a private company where, from 1986 to 1988 he held the role of Vice President, Finance. Previously, from 1981 to 1984, he was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.
