Yair Seroussi has served as our director since July 2017. Mr. Seroussi has served as an independent director at DSP Group, Inc. NASDAQ: DSPG since February 2002. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Team at SkyFund, a leading mid-market Israeli private equity fund. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University, and Chairman of the Eli Hurvitz Strategic Management Institute at the Tel Aviv University.
