Scott Berman,has served on Thayer Ventures Acquisition Corporation Board of Directors since August 2022. He previously served as a Partner in the hospitality and leisure consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") from 1992 to 2022 and served as PwC's U.S. hospitality and leisure practice leader from 2007 until his retirement in June 2022.
