On February 6, 2014, our board of directors declared a three-for-one split of our common stock to be accomplished by means of a stock distribution on February 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on February 18, 2014. As a result of the stock split and other issuances during the quarter, our outstanding shares increased from approximately 52.5 million shares as of December 31, 2013 to 157.6 million shares as of March 31, 2014. In addition, all unvested restricted stock awards and outstanding stock option awards were adjusted under the terms of the respective agreements for this three-for-one split. The share and per share data in this Form 10-Q reflects the three-for-one stock split effective February 28, 2014, unless otherwise noted.
