Since September 2021, Mr. Peterson has served as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee (Chair), Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Aesther Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: AEHA), a special purpose acquisition company which merged with Ocean Biomedical, Inc (NASDAQ: OCEA) and continues to serve as an independent director of the merged company. Since December 2022, Mr. Peterson has also served as a director of Kernel Group Holdings, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company (NASDAQ: KRNL). Since March 2023, Mr. Peterson has also served as a director of OceanTech Acquisition I Corp,a special purpose acquisition company (NASDAQ: OTEC).
