Xiaohong Yin，2020年6月至今担任奥斯汀科技集团股份有限公司董事。尹先生自2011年1月起担任江苏奥斯汀董事、总经理，负责江苏奥斯汀LCM/OC部生产、质量控制、售后服务及销售活动。他于1989年在国有贸易公司南京中山集团的国际业务部门开始了他的职业生涯，在成为副总裁并领导一个大型销售团队之前，他曾在公司内担任过各种销售职务。自2007年1月起，尹先生担任中国电子公司南京顺普电子有限公司的法定代表人，负责监督高级管理层并执行该公司董事会要求的其他活动。自2019年1月起，尹先生担任四川澳席特电子材料有限公司监事。尹先生于1989年获得中国东南大学无线电技术学士学位。
Xiaohong Yin,served as director and General Manager of Jiangsu Austin since January 2011 and was in charge of production, quality control, and after-sale services as well as sales activities of the LCM/OC Department of Jiangsu Austin. He started his career in 1989 at the international business arm of Nanjing Zhongshan Group, a state-owned trade company and had taken on various sales roles within the Company before becoming vice president and heading a large sales team. Since January 2007, Mr. Yin served as the Legal Representative of Nanjing Shunpu Electronic Co., Ltd., an electronic company in China, where he was responsible for overseeing senior management and performing other activities required by the board of director of such company. Since January 2019, Mr. Yin served as supervisor of Sichuan Ausheet Electronics Materials Co., Ltd. Xiaodong Zhai,has served as the research and development director of Jiangsu Austin since May 2015 and is in charge of research and development and production of Jiangsu Austin. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Nanjing Zhancheng since December 2011 and is in charge of research and development, production and general management of Nanjing Zhancheng. Prior to joining Ostin Technology Group Co., Ltd. , Mr. Zhai served as General Manager at the Argentina factory of Shanghai SVA(Group) Co., Ltd.'s, an electronics manufacturing company, from March 2008 to September 2011, where he was mainly responsible for research and development and production of LCM Ostin Technology Group Co., Ltd. ed in TVs and monitors. From June 2000 to February 2008, he was a manager of the Engineering Department at EASTKIT electric (China) Co., Ltd., an electronics manufacturing company, where he was responsible for developing TV mainboards for Hisense and Haier brands.
