Gregory Bylinsky is a co-founder, partner and portfolio manager of Bandera Partners LLC, an investment firm since July 2006. Prior to founding Bandera Partners, Mr. Bylinsky was a co-founder, partner and portfolio manager of Lime Capital Management LLC, an investment firm from December 1999 to July 2006. Mr. Bylinsky was a managing director of Tower Research Capital LLC, an affiliate of Lime Capital Management LLC, from April 1998 to December 1999. From September 1994 to April 1998 Mr. Bylinsky practiced law at Kaye Scholer LLP, specializing in complex securities and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Bylinsky graduated cum laude from Yale University, earning a B.A. in History and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, earning a J.D.
