Prior to the founding of Goode Partners in 2005 Mr. Oddi was a Partner of Saunders Karp & Megrue SKM, a private equity firm, where he was primarily responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, structuring and executing new transactions and monitoring certain of the firm's portfolio investments, from 1994 to 2004. Prior to joining SKM, Mr. Oddi served in the Leveraged Finance Group of Salomon Brothers from 1992 to 1994.
