Robert J. McGinnis has been a member of our Board of Directors since December 2016. Mr. McGinnis serves as a member of the Board of Managers of KGS Holdings, which is the parent company of KGS-ALPHA Capital Markets. Mr. McGinnis served as a director of Home Loan Servicing Solutions Ltd. from October 2011 through October 2015 and as Chairman from January 2015 through October 2015. Mr. McGinnis served as Managing Director of Greenwich Capital Markets from 1997 to 2008 where he built the Non-Agency Mortgage, Structured Products and Asset Backed business into one of the industry’s preeminent firms. Michael Nierenberg serves as Rithm's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman. Mr. Nierenberg has enabled Rithm's impressive growth trajectory since the founding of Rithm in 2013 by way of executing many diverse investments and acquisitions across the full spectrum of the financial services and real estate sectors, in addition to leading the internalization of Rithm's management in 2022. Notably, Mr. Nierenberg spearheaded the acquisition of Newrez LLC (fka Shellpoint) ("Newrez") in 2018 and successfully scaled the biness through a combination of organic growth and completion of f additional acquisitions in the mortgage space. Newrez is the nation's second largest non bank mortgage servicer and fifth largest mortgage originator as of September 30, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Nierenberg led the acquisition of Sculptor in November 2023, allowing Rithm to further solidify its position as a global asset manager. While at Fortress, Mr. Nierenberg completed vario successful transactions across an array of sectors and biness lines and oversaw many binesses, funds and vehicles managed by Fortress, including those in the infrastructure sector. Previoly in his career, Mr. Nierenberg served as Managing Director and Head of Global Mortgages and Securitized Products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Nierenberg joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in November 2008 from J.P. Morgan, where he was head of Global Securitized Products and a member of the management committee of the investment bank. Prior to his tenure at J.P. Kevin J. Finnerty has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2013. Mr. Finnerty has been a member of the board of Drive Shack Inc. formerly Newcastle Investment Corp., “Drive Shack” and its Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation Committee since August 2005. Michael Nierenberg serves as Rithm's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman. Mr. Nierenberg has enabled Rithm's impressive growth trajectory since the founding of Rithm in 2013 by way of executing many diverse investments and acquisitions across the full spectrum of the financial services and real estate sectors, in addition to leading the internalization of Rithm's management in 2022.
