Prior to serving on the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Ms. Wallace served as a director of CTWS since 2003 and as Lead Independent Director of CTWS from 2012 until 2017. She has 24 years of experience from 1994 until 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer of Cooper-Atkins Corporation and as an employee from 1991 a manufacturer of temperature acquisition instruments prior to its new ownership. She served as a Board member of Middlesex Hospital, Middletown, Connecticut from 2013 until February 2018. Ms. Wallace served as a director of Zygo Corporation from 2005 until June 2014.
