Ms. Prager serves as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of the Agricultural Bank of China - New York Branch, an international commercial bank and financial services provider, since September 2017. Prior to joining the Agricultural Bank of China and through August 2017, Ms. Prager was a partner in law firms where she focused on government investigations.
