  1、营业收入总体构成情况分析.
  报告期各期,公司的营业收入分别为1,163,675.75万元、2,004,362.63万元、2,264,588.12万元,年复合增长率为39.50%。公司营业收入的快速增长主要来自于主营业务收入的增长,主营业务包括手机、数码配件、家用电器等产品销售以及移动互联网服务业务。报告期各期,公司分别实现主营业务收入1,084,003.93万元、1,959,047.25万元、2,217,196.08万元,占营业收入的比例分别为93.15%、97.74%、97.91%,主营业务突出。
  公司其他业务主要为售后维修业务及原材料销售。报告期各期,公司实现其他业务收入79,671.82万元、45,315.38万元、47,392.04万元,占营业收入的比例分别为6.85%、2.26%、2.09%,占比较小且逐期下降。
  2、主营业务收入构成分析.
  (1)按产品结构分类.
  公司的主营业务收入主要来源于手机产品(包括智能机与功能机)的销售收入。报告期各期,手机产品收入分别为1,042,163.00万元、1,913,507.72万元、2,142,891.50万元,占公司主营业务收入的比例分别为96.14%、97.68%、96.65%,占比较高。
  除手机业务外,公司主营业务还包括数码配件、家用电器等产品销售以及移动互联网服务等其他业务。报告期各期,公司前述其他业务分别实现收入41,840.93万元、45,539.53万元、74,304.58万元,占主营业务收入的比例分别为3.86%、2.32%、3.35%,总体规模及占比较小,但绝对金额呈持续增长的趋势。
  (2)按地区分布分类.
  报告期内,公司主营业务收入主要来自于非洲市场,报告期各期来自非洲市场的收入分别为960,628.63万元、1,505,778.46万元、1,713,985.13万元,年复合增长率高达33.58%,呈现快速增长势头。
  但报告期内非洲市场主营业务收入占比分别为88.62%、76.86%、77.30%,整体呈下降趋势,主要原因系公司报告期内在稳定发展非洲市场的基础上,逐步加大印度等亚洲市场的拓展力度,来自亚洲等其他地区市场的收入增长较快所致。

  报告期各期,公司的主营业务收入分别为1,084,003.93万元、1,959,047.25万元、2,217,196.08万元,年复合增长率为43.02%,保持了快速增长的趋势。主要原因如下:
  (1)目标市场定位精准,市场需求持续增长.
  公司专注于全球新兴市场,非洲、中东、南亚、东南亚和南美等新兴市场人口基数超过30亿,手机行业发展相对滞后但快速成长。根据IDC的统计数据,以非洲、印度、中东、孟加拉国和印度尼西亚为代表的主要新兴市场2018年手机合计出货量为7.09亿部,出货金额达到686.42亿美元,2011年至2018年出货量和出货金额的年均复合增长率分别为5.76%和8.95%,增速较快。非洲等新兴市场规模持续增长,为公司业务增长奠定了良好的市场基础。
  (2)产品本地化创新优势明显,市场份额持续增加.
  公司自成立以来专注于深耕非洲等全球新兴手机市场,并秉持“ThinkGlobally,ActLocally”(全球化视野、本地化执行)的理念,致力于进行目标市场本土化产品规划和技术研发创新。公司及时跟踪掌握消费者市场需求动向,对客户需求深入调研,使得其产品研发方向定位精准,产品能够及时满足市场需求,抢占市场先机。
  公司立足于非洲本土化的创新和专注于用户体验的产品定位,并凭借渠道优势以及综合售后服务优势,使得公司品牌拥有较高的用户忠诚度,形成了公司独特的竞争优势。
  根据IDC统计数据,报告期各期公司全品类手机出货量在非洲市场的市场占有率分别为33.73%、45.12%和48.71%,公司报告期内市场份额持续增加带动收入持续增长。
  (3)销售网络持续完善,新市场拓展力度加大.
  报告期内,公司不断完善自身销售网络的覆盖深度及广度,借助完善的渠道布局推动业绩的快速增长。
  公司一方面协助经销商不断下沉销售渠道,将销售网络由当地一二线的发达区域逐步向三四线区域下沉、覆盖,完善现有市场销售网络;另一方面,公司积极拓展新的销售区域,在不断完善非洲等传统优势区域市场销售网络的基础上,同时加大印度等亚洲市场的销售网络建设力度,主营业务覆盖亚洲国家数量逐步增加。公司销售网络的完善及印度等新市场的大力拓展带动公司收入稳步增长。
  (4)新兴市场智能机趋势明显,市场增长空间巨大.
  随着新兴市场经济发展水平和人均消费能力的提升,手机智能化发展趋势明显,智能手机市场占比不断提高。根据IDC的统计数据,智能手机在前述市场的出货量占比由2011年的10.67%快速增长至2018年的47.68%,出货量保持较快增速。智能化趋势下,一方面,客户更新换代的诉求带来了手机销售数量的增长,另一方面,由于智能手机的售价显著高于功能机,销售单价的提高也带动了销售金额的快速增长。
  报告期内,公司智能机销量由2016年的1,661万台增长至2018年的3,406万台,智能机销售金额由2016年的674,133.31万元增长至2018年的1,547,877.56万元,公司智能机销售量及销售金额不断上升带动公司收入持续增长。 收起▲
