Mr. Giles has 45 years of experience in the oil and gas and power generation markets.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Giles was a consultant to companies in the oil and gas and contracting industries, President and CEO of Sound Energy Solutions a Mitsubishi-Conoco Phillips JV, Senior VP of Technology & Business Development at KBR, and he held multiple senior roles, including SVP & General Counsel for The M.W. Kellogg Company. Mr. Giles holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
