David Wiessman served as Executive Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors from July 2000 until May 2015 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from its formation in 2000 until May 2005. Prior to being appointed to this position, Mr. Brorman has served in the following positions at the Big Spring Refinery: Operations Manager from January 2009 to March 2013 Technical Manager from May 2005 to January 2009 including Refinery Rebuild Manager from February 2008 to October 2008 Capital Projects Manager from May 2004 to May 2005 Southside Operations Superintendent from August 2000 to May 2004.
