- Kevin T. Russell has served as a director of Aware since October 2011. Mr. Russell has been Aware’s chief executive officer and president since March 2017. Mr. Russell previously served as Aware’s co-chief executive officer and co-president from April 2011 to March 2017. He has served as Aware’s general counsel since September 2005. Mr. Russell previously served as Aware’s corporate counsel from April 2000 to September 2005. Prior to joining Aware, Mr. Russell served as legal counsel at IRIS Graphics, Inc. from November 1994 to April 2000. Mr. Russell received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
