Brian D. Bailey,is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Carmichael Partners, a private investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to forming Carmichael Partners, he worked in private equity at The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., Forstmann Little & Co. in New York and Carousel Capital in Charlotte. Devesh Agarwal,joined Bandwidth in 2022 as Chief Software Strategy Officer, and was also Interim Chief Operating Officer from July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Mr. Agarwal has served as Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2025 and is responsible for global day-to-day operations, leading corporate strategy, sales, marketing, product, operations, R&D and technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Raiford served for ten years at Price Waterhouse in London and Houston.
