Karole Morgan Prager has served as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer since May 2015 and as Secretary since August 2015 and was named Chief Legal and Administrative Officer in October 2016. - Karole Morgan Prager has served as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer since May 2015 and as Secretary since August 2015 and was named Chief Legal and Administrative Officer in October 2016. Prior to joining, Ms. Morgan-Prager served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of McClatchy Company, a newspaper and internet publisher, from July 1995 to May 2015. She was named Vice President of The McClatchy Company in May 1998 and Vice President, Corporate Development in May 2012. From November 1992 to June 1995 Ms. Morgan-Prager served as Associate General Counsel for The Times Mirror Company, a newspaper publishing company that was acquired by Tribune Co. From October 1987 to October 1992 Ms. Morgan-Prager was an Associate with the law firm Morrison & Foerster, working on corporate securities matters. Ms. Morgan-Prager holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from University of Nevada.
