Prior to being appointed to this position, Mr. Khemakhem served as Chief Marketing Officer from January 1, 2025 until September 30, 2025, and as Vice President of Global Technology Platforms from May 6, 2024 until December 31, 2024. From Augt 2021 to April 2024, Mr. Khemakhem served as the Global Director of Sales, Aerospace Defense and Indtrial for the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies segment of Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered products. From 2012 to Augt 2021, he served in vario roles of increasing responsibility at Amphenol Corporation, one of the world's largest designers, manufacturers and marketers of electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors and interconnect systems, most recently as Director of Biness Development, Global. Prior to joining Amphenol, Mr. Khemakhem served as Senior Market Development Manager at TE Connectivity Ltd., a global manufacturer of connectivity and sensor solutions, from 2010 to 2012. From 1998 to 2010, he served in vario roles at ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a supplier of networking products and systems, most recently as Senior Market Development Manager. Mr. Khemakhem received a Master of Biness Administration degree in Global Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Herzog previoly served as Comptroller and principal accounting officer from September 2003 through February 2006. Mr. Herzog held positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer in his 13 years at Americable, which was acquired by Clearfield in 2003.
