Richard W. Gilbert has served on our board since 2005. From June 4, 2002 to January 28, 2005, Mr. Gilbert served as a member of the Calamos Family Partners advisory board. Thomas F. Eggers has served on our board since January 2012 is our lead independent director and has served as our Non-Executive Vice Chairman since June 2013.
