Mr. Adamo is a former senior executive of Cisco Systems, where he served in a variety of sales and leadership roles over a 22-year career prior to his retirement in 2016. Chuck Moran,has served as a director of the Company since July 2018. Mr. Moran founded Skillsoft Plc. ("Skillsoft") in 1998, and served as its CEO and President from its beginning until his retirement in December 2015. He was also a director on the Skillsoft board.
