Inc., a renewable energy company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Michael A. Crow became a member of our Board of Directors upon the consummation of our initial public offering in February of 2011. Mr. Crow is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ability Reinsurance Holdings Limited. From September 2007 to November 2014 Mr. Crow also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ability Reinsurance Bermuda Limited, a life reinsurance company he founded in 2007 concentrating on long-term care and disability reinsurance, which was acquired by Front Street Re (Cayman) Ltd in November 2014. Inc., a renewable energy company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
