While preparing for that trip, Mr. Woodman had the idea for a 35mm film-based wrist camera that could be worn during sports like surfing, enabling the Gopro, Inc. er to capture images while engaged in the sport. This idea became GoPro's first product, the HERO Camera. In the years that followed, Mr. Woodman, along with friends, family and employees, innovated on the HERO Camera concept along with a wide array of mounting devices that would make it easy to mount the camera to everything from helmets to surfboards, vehicles and more. Michael C. Dennison,has been a member of Solo Brands, Inc. board of directors since May 2022 and Solo Brands, Inc. Lead Independent Director since February 2023. Mr. Dennison is the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("Fox") and has served in this position since June 2019 and as a director of Fox since February 2018. - Michael C. Dennison,has been a member of Solo Brands, Inc. board of directors since May 2022 and Solo Brands, Inc. Lead Independent Director since February 2023. Mr. Dennison is the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("Fox") and has served in this position since June 2019 and as a director of Fox since February 2018. Mr. Dennison initially joined Fox in August 2018 as President, Powered Vehicles Group. Prior to joining Fox, Mr. Dennison was most recently President and Chief Marketing Officer for Flex Ltd.
