Before March 2006 he has served in various professional management positions in the Labor and Capital Department, Diversified Business Department and Revenue Settlement Center of gstl Company. From March 2006 to November 2008 he was director of Finance Department of gstl Company. Since December 2008 Mr. Tang has been the chief accountant of gstl Company.
