Mario L. Giannini,has served as Hamilton Lane Incorporated Executive Co-Chairman since 2024 and serves on various investment committees of HLA. Mr. Giannini currently serves on Hamilton Lane Incorporated board and on its compensation committee and will continue in these roles until the Annual Meeting when his term in these roles will expire.
