Gregory A. Wright co-founded One Cypress Energy LLC in 2011 and has served as its Chief Financial Officer since inception. Mr. Wright worked for Tesoro from 1995 until his retirement in 2010 leading the company from a small exploration and production company into the third largest independent refining and marketing company in the United States. Prior to joining Tesoro, Mr. Wright worked for Valero Energy Corporation for 14 years in various positions, including Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Planning and Vice President of Investor Relations. Timothy Bernlohr became a director of Skyline Champion on June 1 2018 in connection with the Exchange and has served as Chair of the Board since that time. He also served as Chair of the Board of Managers of Champion Enterprises Holdings, LLC from 2010 through May 2018. Mr. Bernlohr is the founder and managing member of TJB Management Consulting, LLC, which specializes in providing project-specific consulting services to businesses in transformation, including restructurings, interim executive management and strategic planning services. Mr. Bernlohr founded TJB Management Consulting in 2005. Mr. Bernlohr was President and Chief Executive Officer of RBX Industries, Inc., which was a nationally recognized leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of rubber and plastic materials to automotive, construction and industrial markets, until it was sold in 2005. Prior to joining RBX Industries, Inc. in 1997 Mr. Bernlohr spent 16 years in the International and Industry Products division of Armstrong World Industries, where he served in a variety of management positions. Mr. Bernlohr also serves as a director and chairman of the compensation committees of WestRock Company NYSE-WRK International Seaways Inc. (NYSE-INSW) and Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Lois K. Zabrocky,has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of International Seaways, Inc. (NYSE: "INSW") since its spin-off from Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. ("OSG") in November 2016. INSW owns and operates 84 deep sea tankers and owns 50% of two floating storage and offloading vessels. Prior to the spin-off, Ms. Zabrocky served in various roles at OSG over a career of more than 25 years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of the International Flag Strategic Business Unit of OSG with responsibility for the strategic plan and profit and loss performance of OSG's international tanker fleet comprised of 50 vessels and approximately 300 shoreside staff. Ms. Zabrocky served as Senior Vice President of OSG from June 2008 through August 2014, when she was appointed as Co-President of OSG and Head of the International Flag Strategic Business Unit of OSG. Ms. Zabrocky served as Chief Commercial Officer, International Flag Strategic Business Unit of OSG from May 2011 until her appointment as the Head of International Flag Strategic Business Unit and as the Head of International Product Carrier and Gas Strategic Business Unit for over four years prior to May 2011.
