- Jingyuan Qu was appointed as an independent director on April 14, 2022. Ms. Qu has been the founding partner of Dajishi (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. since December 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Qu worked at Matrix Partners China as a director from May 2015 to May 2017 and a capital market consultant from May 2017 to March 2021.
