樊泰自2009年3月担任首席财务官。自2002年8月范先生担任北京超级频道（TOM在线子公司）财务部门副总裁，同时担任TOM在线执行副总裁。在加入TOM在线之前，范先生担任信德电信财务总监并在毕马威会计事务所担任审计员。范先生2003年毕业于新泽西州立大学和罗格斯大学，并获得高级工商管理硕士，在1994年毕业于北京经济学院，并获得审计学学士学位。
Tai Fan,has served as the Chief Investment Officer of our company since March 2009 and has been a Director of our company since December 2014. His current term expires in 2018. Since August 2002 Mr. Fan has served as the vice president of the department of finance at Beijing Super Channel, a subsidiary of TOM Online, and as an executive vice president of TOM Online. Prior to joining TOM Online, Mr. Fan served as the financial controller of Xin De Telecom and was an auditor at KPMG.
