Frederick W. Puddester was appointed to the Board of Directors on August 10 2011. Since July 1 2011 Mr. Puddester has been the Vice President for Finance and Administration for Williams College where he is responsible for financial reporting, planning and forecasting as well as debt financing and tax compliance. From 2007 to 2011 Mr. Puddester served as senior associate dean for finance and administration at the Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. From 2000 to 2007 Mr. Puddester served as the executive director of budget and financial planning for Johns Hopkins University.
