Mr. Bray has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage servicing and originations industry. Wesley R. Edens has been Chairman of our Board since our inception and served as our Chief Executive Officer from our inception until February 2007. From 2004 to 2008 Mr. Patton worked for Aegis Mortgage Corporation as Senior Vice President-Corporate Development and Finance. From 1999 to 2004 Mr. Patton worked for Bank of America Securities LLC as Vice President-Financial Institutions Investment Banking.
