In January 2011 Mr. Cleave was appointed to his current position of chief executive officer of Videotel, the leading provider of e-learning maritime blended training systems. Prior to this, Mr. Cleave held the position of chief executive officer of Elias Marine Consultants Limited, providing a broad range of professional services. In 2006 Mr. Cleave was appointed chief executive officer of PB Maritime Services Limited, a ship management and marine services company, having previously served as group managing director of Dobson Fleet Management Limited from 1993 to 2006 a ship management company based in Cyprus. From 1991 to 1993 Mr. Cleave held the position of deputy general manager at Cyprus based ship management company Hanseatic Shipping Co. Ltd. and from 1988 to 1991 held various fleet operation roles based in London. George Xiradakis has more than 40 years of maritime and international finance experience. He has extensive expertise in the financing of passenger shipping, Ro Ro and Ro Pax vessels, along with leisure and recreational shipping, including superyachts and yachting. For many years, he has participated in in depth portfolio analyses of these sectors and consistently publishes market reports and analytical assessments on their performance and investment trends. He served as Senior Manager at the French bank Credit Lyonnais both in Athens and Paris. In 1999 he founded XRTC Biness Consultants ("XRTC") which acts as a commercial representative of foreign banks and institutions in Greek shipping market. Since 2009, XRTC has acted as an advisor to the Chinese finance market and in 2010, awarded "Financier of the Year 2010" in Lloyd's List Greek Shipping Awards for the completion of the first bilateral loan beten a Chinese bank. This was a milestone transaction in the world of ship financing, being the first transaction in the new Chinese market. He graduated from the Nautical Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos Athens in 1984 and he holds a diploma in Commercial Operations from City of London Polytechnic and an MSc in Maritime Studies from University of Wales. Mr. Xiradakis is President of the Association of Banking and Financial Executives of Hellenic Shipping and Vice President of China Hellenic Chamber (HCCI). He is President Emerit of International Propeller Club Port of Pirae, Vice President of the Heraklion Port Authority, a member of the board of directors of the Pirae Chamber of Commerce & Indtry, a member of the board of directors of Pirae Marine Club, a member of the Mediterranean Committee of China Classification Society. He is a member of the Greece China Association, Hellenic Maritime Meum and Hellas Liberty Floating Meum. He has served as our Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and director since our formation in April 2006. Mr. Bodouroglou has been appointed to act as our Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 2015. Prior to 1993 Mr. Bodouroglou was employed as a technical superintendent supervising both tanker and drybulk vessels for various shipping companies. Mr. Bodouroglou is the Honorary Consul for the Slovak Republic in Piraeus, the President of the Hellenic-Australian Business Council (HABC) and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

George Skrimizeas, has been our Chief Operating Officer since July 2013. Mr. Skrimizeas has been general manager of Allseas since May 2006. Mr. Skrimizeas has also been the Chief Operating Officer of Paragon Shipping Inc. since June 2006. From 1996 to 2006 Mr. Skrimizeas has held various positions in Allseas, Eurocarriers and their affiliates, including general manager, accounts and human resources manager, and finance and administration manager. Mr. Skrimizeas worked as accounts manager for ChartWorld Shipping from 1995 to 1996 and as accounts and administration manager for Arktos Investments Inc. from 1994 to 1995. From 1988 to 1994 Mr. Skrimizeas was accounts and administration manager for Candia Shipping Co. S.A. and accountant and chief accounting officer-deputy human resources manager in their Athens, Romania, Hong Kong and London offices. Mr. Skrimizeas received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, Greece in 1988 and completed the coursework necessary to obtain his Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Leicester, in the United Kingdom, in 2002.
