Prior to co-founding Sequent, Mr. Gibson served as General Manager, Memory Components Operation, at Intel Corporation. Since March 1992 Mr. Gibson served as a Director for several high technology companies. Mr. Gibson currently serves on the Board of Directors of RadiSys Corporation NASDAQ: RSYS, Northwest Natural Gas Company (NYSE: NWN) and Qorvo, Inc. (NASDAQ: QRVO). Richard L. Sanquini has been a director of our company since 1994. Mr. Sanquini is presently a Partner at LiteCAP, a private equity firm, and has been a consultant in the semiconductor industry for more than five years. Mr. Sanquini is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of PortalPlayer, Inc., formerly a public company that developed the silicon and operating system firmware for the Apple iPod, and was acquired by NVIDIA Corporation in January 2007. Mr. Sanquini retired from National Semiconductor in 1999 after a 20-year tenure, where he managed key business units, including microprocessors and microcontrollers, served as Chief Technology Officer, managed business development and intellectual property protection, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors for two China joint ventures. Prior to National Semiconductor, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Storage Devices and in various executive positions at RCA. Prior to Apple, Dr. Tupman worked at Psion Computers in London, England, from 1995 to 2001 as a hardware-engineering manager, developing a number of personal digital assistant products. From 1988 to 1995, Dr. Tupman was a Principal Design Engineer at Schlumberger in Farnborough, England, where he developed low power, high precision sensors for the gas, fuel and aerospace industries. Dr. Tupman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and an honorary doctorate (D.Sc.) from the University of Salford, England. Dr. Tupman is named as an inventor on more than 30 U.S. patents. Prior to his service at Virata, Mr. Moore was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Health Systems Design Corporation, a publicly traded managed care information systems software company. Mr. Moore holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Todd A. DeBonis has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a Director since April 2016 and previously served as our Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to April 2016 and as our Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Business Development from January 2016 to February 2016. Prior to joining Pixelworks, Mr. DeBonis served as the Vice President of Global Sales & Strategic Development at TriQuint Semiconductor, a semiconductor company, from April 2004 to December 2015 where his responsibilities included global sales, business development, strategic planning, customer support, contract negotiation and corporate marketing. Prior to TriQuint, Mr. DeBonis served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Centillium Communications, a designer, developer and supplier of integrated programmable SoC solutions, Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Ishoni Networks, a silicon and software solution provider, and also held executive positions at Infineon Technologies, VisCom Corporation and Electec SoCal. Mr. DeBonis also serves on the Board of Directors of Poet Technologies Inc. TSX VENTURE: PTK. Mr. DeBonis received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus in digital design and control systems from the University of Nevada.- Todd A.
