Ms. Zharkova graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of economics with a degree in finance and credit in 1995. Pavel Korzh has served as our chief financial officer since December, 2020. Due to personal reasons, he will be leaving the Company following the issuance of our audited consolidated financial statements included in this Report.
