- F. Kevin Tylus joined the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the Bank, and was appointed President of the Bank, following the mergers of Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania, Inc., into the Corporation, and Royal Bank America into the Bank the “Royal Acquisition”. Mr. Tylus served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Royal Bank America, a mid-Atlantic regional bank, from December 2012 through December 14 2017.
