Michael H. McKay,has served as a member of the Board since 2002. Mr. McKay has been an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company since 2009. Since joining Bain & Company in 1987, he helped found its Private Equity Group and has evaluated and developed strategies for hundreds of businesses.
