Theodore Stern has served in several executive positions in the energy and software industries over his career. He most recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of inContact, Inc. Mr. Stern also was a Senior Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Westinghouse Electric Corporation until his retirement. In his last position at Westinghouse Electric, Mr. Stern was responsible for multiple business units, including Power Generation, Energy Systems and Governmental and Environmental Affairs. The businesses reporting to Mr. Stern totaled more than $3 billion in annual revenue and 50000 employees. Mr. Stern served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Superconductivity, Inc. of Madison, WI, a small technology company, until it was acquired in April 1997. Mr. Stern also served on the board of directors of Copperweld Corporation of Pittsburgh, PA, a privately-owned steel and cable manufacturer, until its acquisition by LTV Corp. Mr. Barnett currently serves as an advisor to, and is on the Board of Directors of, a private electrical systems manufacturing company; as well, he also serves as an advisor and mentor to Senior Management of a global manufacturer specializing in custom engineered transformers and reactive magnetics. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of a technology company specializing in juvenile safety products. He also served on the Board of Directors for Medis Technologies Ltd., a company specializing in advanced technology regarding unique fuel cell power packs for portable electronic devices from 2004 to 2009. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors for OSI Geospatial Inc., a TSE company which delivers advanced geospatial systems and software that enable shared real-time situational awareness for military and homeland security, safety and security application on a worldwide basis from 2009 to 2011. Hamid Akhavan joined our board of directors in December 2016. Mr. Akhavan is currently a partner in the private equity firm of Long Arc Capital, joining that firm in January 2016. Mr. Akhavan served as Chief Executive Officer of Unify Inc. formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications from February 2010 to January 2014 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Telecom and Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile International.
