Guy Gecht,joined Logitech as a member of the Board of Directors in 2019 and was Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2023 to December 2023. He co-founded and was the Co-CEO of E.Merge Technology Acquisition Corp., a holding company looking to engage in a business combination with a software or internet company, from its founding in June 2020 until its dissolution in September 2022. Asaf Alperovitz was appointed as CFO on September 1 2010. Prior to joining Syneron, Mr. Alperovitz was Chief Financial Officer and Israeli Site Manr of OMRIX Biopharmaceuticals, a formerly listed Nasdaq company until it was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in December 2008 following which it operated as a stand-alone entity reporting through Johnson & Johnson's ETHICON, Inc. division. From 2005 until 2008 Mr. Alperovitz served as the CFO of Tefron Ltd. which was listed on the New York and Tel-Aviv Stock Exchanges. From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Alperovitz was Chief Financial Officer of Corigin Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Alperovitz worked for Ernst & Young as the Head of Israeli Desk in California and as a High-Technology Senior Manager in Israel. Mr. Alperovitz currently serves as a director in Syneron China.
