Edward Smith joined our Company and Board of Directors in February 2017. He currently serves as our Company’s President and CEO, positions he has held since May 2017. From February 2017 to May 2017 Mr. Smith served as interim President and CEO of our Company. Mr. Smith has extensive experience in the electronic manufacturing services “EMS” industry and the electronic components distribution industry. He served as a member of the board of advisors of Zivelo, Inc., a position he held from 2015 to 2019.
