He served as the President of Silver Eagle Acquisition Company, which we refer to as Silver Eagle, from May 2013 until April 2015 when Silver Eagle acquired 38 of NASDAQ-traded Videocon DTH, a leading satellite TV provider in India. Mr. Sagansky served as a co-founder and the President of Global Eagle Acquisition Corp. from April 2011 to January 2013 when the company effected a merger to create NASDAQ-traded Global Eagle Entertainment, Inc., a leading provider of inflight entertainment and connectivity. From January 2007 to June 2012 he served as the Chairman of Elm Tree Partners, a private casino development company. He has served as the Chairman and a co-founder of Hemisphere Media Capital, a private motion picture and television finance company since 2008.
