Since April 2019, Mr. Liu has been working as an independent non-executive director of ATIF Holdings Limited, a company whose ordinary shares are listed on NASDAQ. From January 2017 to October 2020 Mr. Liu worked as an independent non-executive director of Pine Care Group Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 1989. Australia Pty Limited specializing in foreign investment, merger, and acquisition and intellectual property laws. He received a bachelor's degree in international law from Jilin University of China in 1986, a Master's degree in international economic law from Renmin University of China in 1988, and a Doctor's degree in law from the University of Sydney in 2002.
