E. Stanton McKee, Jr.has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2003. From 1989 until his retirement in November 2002 Mr. McKee served in various positions at Electronic Arts Inc., a publicly-held company that develops and publishes interactive entertainment, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. From 1982 to 1989 Mr. McKee was Chief Financial Officer of Digital Research, Inc., a privately-held developer of operating systems, computer languages and applications. Mr. McKee also served in the consulting division of Arthur Andersen for seven years. Mr. McKee serves on the board of directors of King Digital Entertainment Plc, a publicly-traded casual-social gaming company, and as chair of its audit committee. Mr. McKee served on the board of directors and as Chair of the audit committee of ArcSight, Inc., a publicly-held company that provided security and compliance management software and appliances to government and commercial entities, from February 2005 until its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 2010. Dr. Florin previously served in various positions at Electronic Arts Inc., including as Executive Vice President, Global Publishing Operations from 2005 until 2010 as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, European Publishing from April 2003 until September 2005 as Vice President, Managing Director for European countries from 2001 until April 2003 and as Managing Director for German speaking countries from 1996 until 2001. Prior to joining Electronic Arts Inc., Dr. Florin held various positions at BMG, the global music division of Bertelsmann AG, and worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. Dr. Florin currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Funcom N.V., G. Florin Consulting GmbH, Innogames GmbH, Kobojo GmbH and Tipico Co. Ltd. Previously, she has held several roles in the software industry, including at PeopleSoft, Inc., Evant Inc. and SkillsVillage Inc., a contract resources software company that she founded. Ms. Cochran has served on the Board of Directors of Hasbro, Inc., a public toy and entertainment company, since June 2016, and is chairperson of Hasbro's Finance committee and a member of its Audit committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors of New Relic, Inc., a public software analytics company, since May 2018, and was the lead independent director and a member of the audit committee through its sale in 2023. Ms. Cochran received her B.A. in Economics and Music from Stanford University.

Robert Miller has served as our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since August 2012. Mr. Miller has more than 19 years of leadership and industry experience in legal departments at various technology, media and communications companies. Prior to joining us, Mr. Miller served as Head of Legal – International at LivingSocial, Inc., as Vice President and General Counsel at Skype S.à. r.l., as Senior Director of Legal and Government Affairs at eBay U.K. Ltd., and as Corporate Counsel at British Telecommunications plc.
