  公司从事的主要业务包括:白酒酿造与销售;种猪繁育、生猪养殖、屠宰及肉制品加工。公司现已形成了以白酒、猪肉为主的两大产业。白酒产业的主要产品以“牛栏山”和“宁诚”为代表,“牛栏山”目前拥有“经典二锅头”、“传统二锅头”、“百年牛栏山”、“珍品牛栏山”、“陈酿牛栏山”五大系列产品;“宁诚”现主要为绵香型宁城老窖白酒。公司种猪繁育、生猪养殖、屠宰及肉制品加工业务产品,主要包括“小店”牌种猪及商品猪、“鹏程”牌生鲜及熟食制品。

  养殖板块方面,小店以种猪繁育为定位,通过实施种猪统一销售,控成本、调结构、提效率的经营举措,生产效率得到提升。报告期内,公司强化三级繁育体系,提升产品结构、生产水平、种猪质量,加强对饲料、疫苗兽药、生物质燃料等成本的统一管理,实现降本增效。同时,公司为进一步优化资产结构和改善运营效益,报告期内完成控股子公司汉中顺鑫鹏程食品有限公司的注销工作。
  屠宰板块方面,在报告期内,结合行业发展及公司经营实际,屠宰板块确保产量稳定,稳中求进。通过调整收购区域和模式、生猪采购系统的上线等举措,实现了猪源数量、质量及价格的稳定,合理优化屠宰费用。公司通过开展级别优化、强化激励政策等举措,加大白条肉市场的开发力度。同时,在肉食业务上通过合理调整冻品产品结构、优化中高值产品库存量等举措,进一步控制库存风险。

  1.白酒业务经营计划
  白酒业务的工作总基调是:坚持民酒战略定位,发挥牛栏山的品牌优势和全国化营销网络优势,稳中求进,以进促稳,将“牛栏山”打造成为中国最具影响力的民酒品牌。
  一是调结构。做好产品分级,确保主线产品、主力市场优先,把核心资源聚焦到主线产品、重点市场上来,集聚营销势能,形成辐射效应;因地制宜,以省、大区为单位,合理规划区域性产品线,形成市场营销增量。重视陈酿、二锅头两大基础产品线的同步发展,金标和白牛二等陈酿系列产品是牛栏山酒厂当前及未来相当长时期内的重要支柱,要持续稳定、拓展与升级,持续打造以白牛二和金标为核心的光瓶酒“双轮驱动”战略;二锅头则是牛栏山酒厂需要牢牢把握的品类根基与品牌支点,牛栏山酒厂要扛起以经典为代表的二锅头品类大旗,拉升品牌高度。潜心培育金标(国标)牛,要贯彻百城大会战部署,落实“‘点、线、面’三位一体两原则”,紧盯过程管理,强化厂商合力,不遗余力,以高标准的战术执行决胜金标。
  二是强营销。强化金标牛的市场营销,要着力办好“金标牛烟火气餐厅榜”第二季系列活动,实现内容、形式的全面升级,加码城市IP;要高度重视线下终端的平台作用,推进烟火气餐厅终端一体化建设、消费者品鉴等系列活动,形成餐饮热点,培育消费领袖,打造样板市场,助力营销转化,扩大金标牛营销成果。稳定陈酿塔基基本盘,严格控量保价,确保陈酿销售稳定,为牛栏山酒厂的产品结构升级提供基本盘支持,并适时升级陈酿品相。推进二锅头品牌品类升级,以经典二锅头品牌化运作为抓手,提升品牌高度,积蓄品牌势能,以经典升级产品为基础,逐步形成战略产品矩阵,带动整体销售增长;重视传统二锅头的品质升级和品相优化,打造全国化单品。发挥北京市场引领作用,重视公司在北京市场盒装酒的相对优势,以经典二锅头的升级为着力点,推进品牌一体化运作,决胜次高端市场;重构北京市场营销体系,优化经销商团队,推进扁平化管理,提高市场响应速度。开创新品类引领新营销,着手研发、培育年轻态二锅头新品类,实现增量销售;针对年轻态产品营销,要敢于探索新路径,运用新方法,线上破圈,线下推广,线上线下互动融合,共同推动。
  三是夯基础。升级品牌传播,在品牌定位上,坚持核心表达,持续固化品牌印象,与时俱进提升宣传视觉,创新场景化嵌入,让品牌为自己发声;在品牌传播方面,推进视频、KV、IP一体化宣传,坚持以传统媒体形象传播和新媒体平台内容传播相结合的思路,提升传播效率。强化科技赋能,突破关键技术,广泛开展香型融合、工艺融合及原酒预处理实验,提升口感,凸显风味;紧贴市场需求,以适口性、舒适度、互动性为方向,前瞻性开展年轻态产品研究,为新品类拓展提供技术支撑;合理利用优势酿酒微生物,提升产、学、研、用转化效率,把牛栏山特色风味表达与品质表达结合起来,进一步升级饮用体验。深化文旅融合,利用好文化苑平台,讲述好品牌故事,充分利用市级文化和旅游标准化试点项目和国家地理标志产品保护示范区项目建设的契机,完善工业观光路线,形成一体化观光闭环;把握好流量、服务和文创三大运营关键要素,通过开展以文化苑为平台的主题系列活动,接洽旅行社、文旅机构,加强对口合作,并辅之以持续开发与“牛栏山”品牌深度契合,与国潮文化、京味文化深度关联的文创产品和定制产品,促进文化苑传播;不断延伸文化苑功能边界,推广鸡尾酒调制、汉服打卡等特色项目,并开发直播电商、线上商城,拓展营销新模式,推进文旅、文创线上线下业务协同;高度重视文化苑的公益性和社会教育功能。积极组织群众开展文化活动,让更多百姓走进场馆,走进牛栏山,了解中国优秀传统文化,了解中国酒文化,提高文化苑的社会影响力,践行国企担当。
  2.肉食业务经营计划
  猪肉业务的工作总基调是:紧抓猪肉产业链前端的“种猪繁育销售”和产业链后端的“精深加工”与“熟食”,提升猪肉板块经营效益。
  养殖板块经营举措:一是加强统一管理,通过统一用药、统一饲料、统一销售、统一结算等方式,加强标准化管理,降低运营成本,提高种猪出栏比例。二是严格做好非洲猪瘟防控,控制存栏和出栏规模,猪舍改造和种群结构调整也要在生物安全防控前提下稳步推进。三是继续加大研发力度,开展遗传改良计划,培育黑猪优良品种,提高种猪品质及价格,提升“小店”种猪品牌地位和行业影响力。
  屠宰加工板块经营举措:一是持续提升销售策略,打通生产、采购环节,开发适销对路的产品,加快产品周转,降低生产成本。二是持续提升产品品质,迎合当前消费者习惯和消费市场变化,通过加强研发不断提升产品口感,通过小包装化等包装升级方便消费者购买食用,同时稳扎稳打探索开发常温休闲食品。三是创新渠道开发,通过创新的营销策略,拓展线上渠道,提高品牌知名度和市场占有率。
