  (二)信贷服务实力进一步增强。根据监管要求和经营需要,抢抓信贷政策调整窗口,在全速提升信贷规模的同时,加快信贷结构调整步伐,扎实开展了“信e贷”标杆建设,积极优化“市民贷”数据模型,稳步推进按揭贷款投放,先后推出“鑫闪贷”等创新产品,个人贷款和普惠贷款同比增幅快速提高,实体贷款投放量继续位列青岛银行业金融机构第一位。
  (三)渠道带动作用进一步显现。按照渠道融合、场景融入的原则,持续优化以营业网点为线下支撑、直销银行为线上主体、扫码支付为引流入口、鑫动e商为链式渗透、小微云终端为延伸触角的渠道服务框架,打通线上线下支付通道,引导社交营销支撑平台,取得信用卡发卡资质,拓展IC卡行业应用范围,平台开放的金融生态日趋完备。
  (四)资金运营水平进一步提高。获得AAA级外部主体评级,取得信用风险缓释工具核心交易商等资质,发行了全国首单军民融合专项债券。推出“天天享”“日益享”开放式预期收益型产品、“悦享添利”开放式净值型产品、“创富瑞享”封闭式私募类净值产品,完善风险管控机制,基本搭建起了符合资管新规的产品体系、运管体系和销售体系。
  (五)支撑保障能力进一步强化。紧紧围绕“抓内控、强内功、补短板”的管理主线,高效推进智慧厅堂建设和“三大集中”项目,建立数据平台建设和营销应用结构,理顺审计工作的组织架构,IT服务管理体系顺利通过英标国际认证。持续完善内控和合规管理的顶层设计,围绕贷前、贷中、贷后的全流程精细化管理要求,持续加大信贷管理力度。

  2019年是本行A股上市元年,也是“二次创业”的起始之年。本行将继续以“二次创业”为引领,下半年在进一步突出内控合规建设的同时,统筹推进营销模式转型、业务发展创新、内部管理提升等重点工作,推动规模稳步增长、效益不断提升、质量持续向好。
  一是深化营销转型,着力提升发展成效。按照平台开放的基本导向,深入推进零售与对公联动、本币与外币协同、线上与线下融合的营销转型,积极构建金融科技赋能、特色金融引流、交易银行拓链、开放平台扩容的精准营销体系,努力实现价值倍增效应。
  二是强化信贷管理,着力提升发展质量。围绕货币政策和监管政策要求,合理控制投放节奏,加快调整信贷结构,持续加强队伍建设,在充分满足实体经济金融服务需求的基础上,推动信贷资产质量继续提升。
  三是强化管理支撑,着力提高发展效率。深入推进智慧厅堂和“三大集中”建设,加快网点营销转型,优化人才队伍培养,完善审计管理模式,加大科技创新力度和数据治理应用力度,努力提高管理支撑水平。
  四是加强内控合规建设,着力优化发展环境。充分认识内控合规建设的重要性、紧迫性和严峻性,进一步加强制度建设,强化宣传教育,开展风险排查,切实提高风险防控的预见性、针对性和有效性。 收起▲
